about me:
Julie Feldman Golovcsenko, Ph.D
Julie Feldman Golovcsenko, Ph.D. I received my Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Yale University and am a graduate of the University of Michigan. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at the NYU Child Study Center, New York University Medical Center and at Bellevue Hospital and my post-doctoral fellowship at the American Institute for Cognitive Therapy. In addition, before moving my practice to Westchester, I co-founded Manhattan Cognitive Behavioral Associates.
As a Westchester psychologist I have had extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and children treating depression and anxiety disorders and addressing career-related issues and stress management. My practice also focuses on helping families and couples cope with a broad range of relationship and parenting concerns. This includes behavior management, communication skills, interpersonal difficulties, divorce, adoption, and coping with physical and/or psychological illness.
